I know that that the 5th of May is a rather long time ago but i just remembered about this so i thought i would type up a quick post, its pretty simple just a couple of eyeliners but i have been using them all summer so its kinda a little review on them to. WARNING: Bad pictures!!
Not very many i know but i found all but one of them in the sale box because they had a blunt top so i just got them, the only one that was not in the sale was the black twist up one (last in the picture) that I paid full price for which was £1.59 so really cheap for an amazing product. The single ones were 63p and the double ended ones were £1.25 each so really cheap. In total I paid £5.32 for seven eyeliners which is a complete bargain! :O
Essence 2in1 kajal pencils:
I managed to get two of these but would have liked to get more as the price was so good but the quality is another story. I got these in two colours, 09 you&ivy and 10 sweet&heart. The green and silver one is amazing pigmentation and quality and i would definitely recommend this but the other one is really soft so when ever i try to apply it, it just breaks and makes it impossible to use but i have worked out if you just apply all over your lid then blend it with your finger a bit it gives a really nice all over quick and easy colour.
Kajal pencils:
The day i went in and got these i purposely went in for both the black eyeliner to try them and I'm so glad i did. First on #11 cool breeze the picture is so bad you can hardly tell that it is a really bright and vibrant blue perfect for a pop of colour which is exactly what i have been using it for, the formula is so creamy and is perfect for the lower lash line. Then onto #1 black, a pretty basic name and packaging but a great product could have been a bit more pigmented but its still amazing for the price and will definitely repurchase when it runs out. Also these have 1gram of product each which is quite a lot.
Long lasting eye pencil:
I only have one of these in the colour #01 black fever which is really the only colour of eye liner i ever use. This has a lot better pigmentation than the other black one but only has 0.28 grams of product which is hardly anything. I am not so fond of the twist up packaging as you cant really sharpen it which means you have to work with a blunt pencil so is no good if you want to use it on the upper lash line and i would only recommend it for the water line and tight line. Although you don't get any were near as much product and retails at £1.59 instead of £1.09 for the other black liner i will definitely repurchase this one as it is a lot better in my opinion.
I know that many people in the UK cannot find Essence products and i am lucky enough to find them at my local chemist so i am sorry if you do not like reading my post about this brand but they are my favourite brand so i will continue to post about them. Also if you would like to try any of these products I'm sure i would be able to send you some if anyone is interested. :D
